The hotel's location right next to the entrance of the Pompeii ruins couldn't be better. Just a short walk from our room led us to the site. I loved the spacious quad room we had with a large double and two single beds, although the sofa bed was a bit worn out. The huge balcony gave us a great view of the ruins, and the breakfast selections were good, especially the omelettes made to order. The staff were attentive, ensuring I had my allergy-friendly melon each morning. Not everything was perfect. There were moments when the noise levels from the street made it difficult to relax. I also encountered issues with hot water availability . Despite having some charming elements, like the atrium and dining area, the facilities could use modernization, particularly regarding the furniture and Wi-Fi connectivity. The hotel has an enchanting atmosphere but would benefit from updates.

charming, charming, charming
My room was spacious with amazing views overlooking the ruins and mountains. The accommodating staff were great-like when they greeted us with refreshing cold water upon arrival and ensured our breakfast included made-to-order omelets. Plus, the unique historical architecture of the building added so much charm to my experience!

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the reasonably spacious and airy room. Astonishing breakfast with gluten-free options, the chef preparing wonderful omelettes, eggs cooked to order - well worth the money. Excellant services, the free parking was available next to hotel.

We enjoyed our 5-night stay with a spacious quad room, perfect for our family! The balcony offered fine views of the Pompeii ruins. The breakfast spread was very nice, especially the fresh eggs prepared just the way we liked. The staff's warm welcome with bottles of water.
My kids wished for more family-friendly restaurants nearby.
